a. Interview the customer to get all the necessary details to help the service provider to perform the service offered.
b. Revise the Statement of Purpose (SOP) of the Customer based on the details gathered in subsection a. This SOP does not, in any way, be considered legal advice or immigration consultation. The SOP will be prepared based on the personal experience and research of the service provider.
2. Relationship of the Parties. No Exclusivity. The Parties understand this Agreement is not an exclusive arrangement.

c. The final product (SOP) shall not be shared with anyone, except with a licensed immigration consultant who was retained by the client.
3. Free revision. If the applicant was refused, the service provider will revise the SOPs given that the client will request GCMS notes to identify the main reason for refusal. This will give the service provider the necessary information to address the refusal ground.
4. The client should provide a draft of their SOPs before the scheduled interview date to enable the service provider to review the client’s personal details before the meeting.
5. SOPs are expected to be released within 14 days after the initial interview, given that all necessary information has been relayed and all the vital documents have been submitted. The due date may be adjusted depending on a case-to-case basis.
